Our Usability & Evaluation services are as follows:

• Website Evaluation: Learn how to align your website with our continual research into best practice. We benchmark websites against 300+ assessments covering navigation, design, usability, content, accessibility and more.
• Usability Testing: We study, analyse and make recommendations based on how well members of your website's target audience achieve objectives (e.g. purchase a product, find a particular piece of information, find and complete a Contact Us form).
• Website Experts Panel: This service is a unique opportunity to have your website reviewed by 20 - 70 marketing, media and communications experts.
• Accessibility Evaluation: We demonstrate the actions required to pass W3C's (Glossary: W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. This service is a sub-section of Website Evaluation.
• Ecommerce Usability Evaluation: The Ecommerce Usability Evaluation is an addition to our core Website Evaluation service for companies who sell products or services online. We analyse the end-to-end sales process from product/service definition and presentation to payment and confirmation.
• Competitor Analysis: A website benchmarking service provides organisations with an opportunity to see how their website fairs against a selection of competitors (usually 5 to 10) and FTSE 250 companies (usually 3 to 5) in the same sector.
• Intranet Evaluation: We describe the actions required to align an intranet with best practice. Over 300 assessments are used to benchmark intranets. The assessments cover navigation, design, usability, content, accessibility and more.
