North Square is a human-computer interaction consultancy that independently produces bespoke Intranet Evaluation reports for organisations with either an internal development team or an external agency agreement. Our intranet audit reports, based on best practice, are geared to maximise usability, professionalism, and value. Note: We can only review an intranet if it is available over the internet or if we can work on-site for the duration of the project.

Intranet Evaluation Project Timing

Pre-Development

There is never an inappropriate time to receive a report. Ideally, however, an evaluation should be performed before the design phase. Intranet Evaluation is more valuable before a re-design because it helps to prevent the same mistakes re-occurring and having to revisit the intranet to accommodate our recommendations.

Post-Development

We produce many post-development reports. These are useful for organisations that are planning a second, smaller development phase.

Continuous Development

Intranet Evaluation Timescales

We can consult from a minimum of half a day by focusing on high priority areas. Full intranet analysis reports take between 3 to 6 days to complete.

Costs of Intranet Evaluation

Our intranet audit reports range from ₤GBP 200 (€EUR 290) to ₤GBP 1500 (€EUR 2180). We always provide a fixed price beforehand.

Intranet Evaluation Demonstration

We can provide a free telephone demonstration of our Intranet Evaluation audits. Whilst there is no obligation to proceed with a full report, before carrying out the demonstration, we do ask that budget could be made available in the next 3 months.
