Target Audience

Our Accessibility Evaluation reports are aimed at companies who have a website that was built without diligence to W3C's recommendations and who have not subsequently received an assessment of the work required to pass the recommendations.

Accessibility Evaluation Project Timing

Pre-Development

There is never an inappropriate time to receive a report. Ideally, however, an evaluation should be performed before the design phase. An Accessibility Evaluation is more valuable before a re-design because it helps to prevent the same mistakes re-occurring and having to revisit the website to accommodate our recommendations.

Post-Development

We produce many post-development reports. These are useful for organisations that are planning a second, smaller development phase.

Continuous Development

Accessibility Evaluation Timescales

We can consult from a minimum of half a day by focusing on high priority areas. Full accessibility analysis reports take between 0.5 days and 3 days to complete. We always provide a fixed price beforehand.

Costs of Accessibility Evaluation

Our accessibility audit reports range from ₤GBP 200 (€EUR 290) to ₤GBP 1000 (€EUR 1455).

Accessibility Evaluation Demonstration

We can provide a free telephone demonstration of our Accessibility Evaluation audits. Whilst there is no obligation to proceed with a full report, before carrying out the demonstration, we do ask that budget could be made available in the next 3 months.
