1. How can we make our website accessible?

North Square produce bespoke accessibility reports to teach organisations the steps required to reach defined levels of accessibility. For more information, please see Accessibility Evaluation.

2. How can we improve our website's usability?

There are three services we offer to help companies improve their website's usability: Website Evaluation, Usability Testing and Website Experts Panel. Website Evaluation is where a North Square analyst audits a website against research into best practice producing a report of deliverable actions. Usability Testing involves setting tasks for members of the target audience to perform on the website and making recommendations based on the observations. Our Website Experts Panel is designed to compliment Website Evaluation or Usability Testing. We submit websites to a roster of 20-70 marketing, communications and media experts to feedback their opinions.

3. What does North Square's website evaluation report consist of?

The report consists of over 300 best practice assessment paragraphs. The 300+ assessments are divided into chapters and are grouped in sections covering Content, Design, Usability, Accessibility, Navigation, Strategy, and more. Each assessment receives a written response presenting both findings and solutions. For more information, see Website Evaluation.

Yes - North Square maintains a roster of developers in general design and development, e-commerce, information architecture, database development and search optimisation. Our roster incorporates international top tier agencies through to freelance-based speciality developers.

No - designing and developing websites is not in North Square's remit. Our overriding aim is to stay on top of best practice and provide analysis and evaluation reports of the highest quality. We do however maintain a roster of suppliers who provide specialist and general websites development services.
